  • Morning Sun On Quiet Waters

The sun doesn’t ask for applause.
It simply arrives, steady and true,
    spilling its colors
across the stillness of the lake.

    Like the sun,
    we can choose
to rise again today ~ quietly, gently,
    without demanding recognition.

Just the act of rising is enough.

  • Come Find Your Light

In our book, Come Find Your Light, we wrote:

“There are times when life feels heavy, when shadows linger, and hope seems far away. In these moments, the light may be hidden, yet it is never gone. It waits–patiently–ready for us to notice, to reach for it, and to be renewed.”

We believe that truth still holds. Whatever you’re carrying today, notice the small sparks around you. Maybe it’s the kindness of a stranger. Perhaps it’s the color of a falling leaf or the comfort of a familiar song. They are all light, guiding us quietly forward.

  • Anchored in the Present

When worry pulls you into the future, or emotional memories drag you backwards into the past, try this practice to bring you back:

    • Place your hand over your heart
    • Whisper to yourself, “I am here. I’m going to let that be enough for right now.
    • Breathing in and out provides a steady rhythm; Remember that’s the rhythm that has carried you through every other storm. Remember, you got through those storms. You’ll get through this one too.

You don’t have to have all the answers at this moment. Right now, being here is enough.

    You’re stronger than you think.
